ISLAMABAD: Judges duty roster for next week has been released in Islamabad High Court.
According to the judges duty roster, only 3 judges will be available next week from 26th to 30th August. Three single and one division bench have been constituted to hear the cases next week.
Chief Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Babar Sattar will be available to hear the cases. The other 5 judges will not be available next week due to holidays. Next week Special Division Bench and Larger Bench will be available as per requirement.
On the instructions of the Chief Justice, the Deputy Registrar issued the Judges Duty Roster. Summer vacation in High Court is from 10th July to 10th September.
