Islamabad High Court has released the duty roster of judges for next week.
According to the judges roster, 6 judges will be available in the Islamabad High Court next week from July 29 to August 2. Justice Mohsin Akhtarkiani has returned after vacation.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani will preside over the recovery of missing persons case in the larger bench on July 30. 6 single and 3 division benches have been constituted to hear the cases next week. Justice Thaman Rifat Imtiaz will be available for hearing cases from July 29 to July 31.
Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan and Justice Babar Sattar are still on summer vacation. Special Division and Larger Bench will also be available next week if required. On the instructions of the Chief Justice, the Deputy Registrar issued the Judges Duty Roster.
