The Lahore High Court directed to schedule the separate application for implementation of the decision of specific seats for hearing along with the main application.
Justice Raheel Kamran Sheikh of Lahore High Court heard the petition of citizen Muneer Ahmed. The court adjourned the hearing till September 27 by directing to schedule the miscellaneous petition for hearing along with the main petition.
It has been stated in the petition that the 8-member bench of the Supreme Court has given an explanatory decision regarding the specific seats. A detailed decision of the Supreme Court has also come. The decision of the Supreme Court has not yet been implemented. The four have also issued letters to the Speakers of the Provincial Assembly. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has not got the reserved seats yet.
The petitioner requested the court to give an order to give specific seats to PTI and to implement the decision of specific seats.
