Islamabad: JUI chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has said that instead of placing the responsibility of terrorism on Afghanistan, we should look at our own responsibilities, we are sitting on the borders, not Afghanistan.
While expressing his views in the National Assembly session, he said that the House will not consider the attacks on our armed forces and the attacks on the institutions, so who will? We are not taking the situation seriously, the situation has become emotional on both sides, one side has gone to the extent of talking about secession and the other side is dealing with them through force to go to extreme lengths to protect the state. Ready, such statements make the situation more emotional, this action taken to extremes by both sides becomes a question mark on the security of Pakistan.
Fazlur Rehman said that all these issues can be corrected by political people, but today the importance of political people is being reduced, the understanding and experienced political leadership is being sidelined and will be replaced by new youth who are experienced. They are not emotional, so things get more complicated.
JUI chief said that matters should be handed over to the politicians by empowering them. It can be a wish to contain everything and to become the clock house of Faisalabad for all matters, to become a nectar stream for everything. But this can never be a solution to the problem, does the government have the power to make a decision and take the opposition into confidence? And the parliament should take some steps.
He said that it is not a secret that the region of Pakistan has become a battleground of proxy war, America, China, CPEC Gwadar, all these issues are that one side wants to invest, obstacles have been erected in front of mega projects. Go to Balochistan from Dera Ismail Khan, Lucky Marwat, this area of CPEC is in their possession and no development work is possible there at this time.
Expressing concern, he said that the situation in Balochistan has gone to such an extent that in some areas, the national anthem of Pakistan cannot be read and the flag cannot be hoisted. He should fulfill the responsibility, we are in the opposition, but if the country needs us, we are present. It is the greatest stupidity to consider parliament, political parties and leaders as unnecessary for the country.
Fazlur Rahman said that there is a rule of robbers in Sindh, everyone is aware of the situation of raw materials, but the state is being challenged in Balochistan, the parliament should be asked to go ahead and talk to the people in Balochistan, for peace in KP. The situation is bad, if you talk to the people there, the situation can be corrected, but the situation is getting worse due to the method that is being adopted.
