Many films in India have achieved international success, but KGF 2 has set a record that even big budget films like Baahubali 2, RRR, Pathan, Jawan and Salaar could not do.
The film, which was made on a budget of around Rs 100 crore, earned its entire budget on the first day by earning Rs 164 crore. This stellar start gave Yash’s film immense fame not only in India but also internationally.
KGF 2 is India’s most expensive Kannada film and has set several records at the box office.
The film earned more than Rs 1000 crore worldwide, making it the fourth highest-grossing film in India.
Fans are eagerly waiting for the third part of KGF. Director Prashanth Neil and Yash are all set to deliver a grand cinematic experience this time. But currently, Neil is working on Prabhas’ Salaar: Part 2 and NTR 31, while Yash is busy with his upcoming romantic film Toxic and Ramayan, which also stars Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi, and Sunny Deol.
