KARACHI: The Banking Ombudsman resolved 18 thousand 836 complaints during the first 9 months of this year from January to September 2024 and returned Rs 1 billion 6 crore to the bank customers.
From January 1 to September 30, 2024, the Office of the Banking Ombudsman received 21,904 new complaints, including 5,277 complaints on the Prime Minister’s Portal.
