Peshawar: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has said that he is waiting for the order of PTI founder Imran Khan regarding the civil disobedience movement.
Talking to the media outside the Peshawar High Court, he said that I was not allowed to enter Adiala Jail yesterday, I was told that there is no clearance.
He said that I am a representative of the entire province, I do not need any clearance, PTI founder Imran Khan’s order is awaited regarding the civil disobedience movement.
Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur granted protective bail till January 16
A hearing was held on the application filed by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur for details of the cases registered against him. The application was heard by a two-member bench comprising Justice Sahibzada Asadullah and Justice Waqar Ahmed.
The petitioner’s lawyer, Alam Khan Adenazai Advocate, said that Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur filed an application for details of the cases, Deputy Attorney General Hazrat Syed said that the report has been submitted, there is no FIA case, 32 cases are registered against Ali Amin Gandapur in Islamabad and 33 in Punjab.
Justice Sahibzada Asadullah remarked that how much time has been spent, even registering FIRs takes time, the NAB prosecutor said that there is an inquiry by NAB, the report of Punjab, Balochistan and Sindh has not come yet.
The court said that NAB should submit a detailed report, after hearing the arguments of the parties, the Peshawar High Court granted protective bail to Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur till January 16, the court ordered not to arrest him in the registered cases.
