The founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and former Prime Minister Imran Khan threatened to go on a hunger strike if he did not meet with the party leadership.
During an informal conversation with journalists in Adiala Jail, he said that the party leaders were called yesterday, but they were not allowed to meet. His team came for the meeting outside Adiala Jail for 3 hours and he waited for them inside.
According to the sources, Imran Khan said that the superintendent did not meet him due to the prohibition of the military officer sitting in the jail. I am consulting about going on hunger strike if I don’t get justice then I will go on hunger strike.
He said that it is going to be a year that I am staying in the mill, despite the intense heat, I will not complain about it. I will never be a slave to the Yazid of time, ready to die in prison. As long as I live I will fight this war I am going to say La ilaha illa Allah.
In this regard, PTI sources have said that the founder PTI has issued instructions to the party leaders in case of non-meeting. At the same time, PTI leaders have been prevented from bringing internal differences to the public.
