Sialkot: Defense Minister Khawaja Asif has said that Imran Khan has not been offered to be shifted to Bani Gala, nor is there any pressure for release.
Addressing the ceremony, Defense Minister Khawaja Asif said that all the tactics of PTI to harm Pakistan have failed. The government has not made any offer to shift Imran Khan from Adiala Jail to Bani Gala or any other place, nor is there any pressure for his release. There is no truth in PTI’s claims in this regard.
He said that the decision on the release of the PTI founder from jail should be taken by the courts. Neither do I have any connection with the judiciary, nor am I an astrologer to tell ahead of time. The Defense Minister said that the government is trying to establish political stability in the country.
Khawaja Asif said that such claims are made by the PTI members themselves that Imran Khan has been offered to be placed under house arrest or transferred from Adiala Jail.
Talking about the first flight of the national airline to Paris after 4 years, he said that the prayers of overseas Pakistanis have come true that PIA flights to Europe have been restored. Now their number will be increased.
The Defense Minister said that after France, PIA flights will also be operated to Britain and North America. PIA flights will be operated to 19 European cities.
