Lahore: The PTI founder has approached the Lahore High Court for bail in 8 cases of May 9.
Imran Khan has filed a bail application in the Lahore High Court in the Jinnah House attack case and other cases through lawyer Barrister Salman Safdar, in which it has been stated that he was in the custody of NAB in Islamabad on May 9.
The application states that he has been nominated in the cases on charges of conspiracy for political revenge. I have been facing cases for 2 years, revengeful actions are being taken. The High Court should grant bail in 8 cases and order his release.
It should be noted that the Lahore Anti-Terrorism Court had rejected 8 bail applications of the PTI founder. A total of 12 cases of May 9 have been registered against Imran Khan in Lahore, while bail has been granted in 4 of his cases.
