Islamabad: Another case of terrorism has been registered against Imran Khan, Ali Gandapur, Azam Swati and others.
Cases are being registered against the leadership of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and another case has been registered in Sangjani police station against founder chairman Imran Khan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur, Azam Swati.
Apart from the named leadership, 2000 to 2500 unknown workers have also been included in the case while 12 provisions including terrorism have been included in the case.
According to the text of the case, the founder chairman PTI misused the facilities provided in the jail. At the instigation of founder PTI, Ali Amin Gandapur misused government resources as Chief Minister and Azam Swati provided financial support to the protesters.
It is further stated in the case that the protestors snatched 2 nos. 12 borgons, 12 anti-rights kits, 2 wireless sets, 5 tear gas shells. The protestors also opened fire on the police party with the intention of murder, on which the police personnel saved their lives by hiding behind the trees.
In this new case against the PTI leadership and workers, interference in government, kidnapping, robbery, terrorism, attempted murder, confiscation of government weapons and other provisions have been added.
