Lahore: The court has summoned all the accused including Pervaiz Elahi in the illegal recruitment case for indictment.
The hearing of the case related to alleged illegal recruitments in the Punjab Assembly was held in the Anti-Corruption Court Lahore, in which the court summoned the other accused and summoned Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi for the next hearing.
The court ordered that all the accused be present at the next hearing so that the indictment process can be completed.
During the hearing, lawyer Muhammad Khan Bhatti took the position that his name has been put in the PCL, on which the court directed that the relevant forum be approached.
Anti-Corruption Court Judge Sardar Muhammad Iqbal Dogar adjourned the hearing of the case against Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi and others until February 4.
