The Islamabad High Court has said that the IG and the Chief Commissioner will tell how the police went inside the Parliament.
The case against the arrest of Member National Assembly Zain Qureshi from inside Parliament on September 10 was heard. Despite the court order, the report of the National Assembly Secretariat, police and administration could not be submitted.
The Islamabad High Court asked the State Council to submit a report within a week as to how the arrest took place from inside the Parliament. Submit the report according to the rules of the National Assembly.

The lawyer argued that the rules are in place, no one can be arrested from within the limits of the National Assembly, no one can be arrested from inside the Parliament without the permission of the Speaker.
The court directed the State Council to look into the rules of the National Assembly and submit a report within a week. The hearing of the case was adjourned till October 16.
