Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shibli Faraz says that if a country does not run according to the constitution, it is a serious crime.
PTI leader Shibli Faraz said in a conversation with the media at the Judicial Complex Islamabad that whatever is happening is against the constitution. If a country does not run according to the constitution, it is a serious crime.
Shibli Faraz said that yesterday I raised constitutional points in my speech in the Senate. The elections of the Senate Chairman, Deputy Chairman or President are unconstitutional in a sense. It is clear that the provisions that have been referred to have been violated.
The PTI leader further said that we are taking this matter of the constitution that has been violated to the Supreme Court. When changes are made to the constitution without any procedure, the constitution becomes just a piece of paper. Various cases were heard today, most of which have been granted bail by the Lahore High Court.
