Tel Aviv/Beirut: Iranian media has claimed that Hezbollah Secretary General Seyed Hassan Nasrallah is safe after the Israeli attack, he was not harmed by the attacks.
According to the Iranian news agency Tasnim News, Hezbollah Secretary General Seyed Hassan Nasrallah and the head of the Tehreek’s Executive Council Seyed Hashem Safiuddin are completely healthy and safe and have not suffered any damage from the Israeli attacks.
Iranian media claimed that the Zionist operation had ended in failure on Friday evening, following rumors circulating on social media that Nasrallah and Safiuddin were targeted in an Israeli airstrike.
According to Israeli military radio, F-35s launched the attack using bunker-buster bombs, and Israeli media reports said the government had informed the US shortly before the attack.
Lebanese media reported that civil defense personnel were working to put out the fire in the area and evacuate the injured. Lebanon’s caretaker prime minister, Najib Meqati, reacted to the attack, saying that the international community was “reprehensible” by Israel. Persecution and the war of destruction against Lebanon must be stopped.
