Gaza: The Palestinian resistance organization Hamas reacted to the martyrdom of its leader Ismail Haniyeh in an Israeli attack.
Senior spokesman of Hamas, Sami Abu Zahri, said in a conversation with a foreign news agency that Israel will not be able to achieve its goals by killing Ismail Haniyeh. Now an open war will break out to liberate the occupied Bayt-al-Maqdis. Hamas is ready to pay any price for this.
He further said that Hamas is the name of an ideology and an organization and not a personality. Hamas will continue to make sacrifices and continue its journey with these sacrifices. We believe that success will come to us.
On the other hand, in a statement issued by the Iranian Islamic Revolution Guards Corps, it was said that Ismail Haniyeh was targeted at his residence in Tehran. As a result of the attack, one of his bodyguards was also martyred. The reasons for the incident are not immediately clear, but investigations are ongoing to find out the reasons for the attack.
