Makkah Mukarramah: The main part of Hajj, Waqf Arafa, will be performed today.
Pilgrims of Hajj started reaching Arafat field from Mina after Fajr prayer. After which the pilgrims will listen to the Hajj sermon in Nimrah Mosque and Arafat Square.
The Hajj sermon will be delivered live with translation in various languages including Urdu. After which the pilgrims will pray the Zuhr and Asr prayers at the same time. Pilgrims will wait till sunset.
As soon as the sun sets, the caravans of pilgrims will head towards Muzdalifah and then in Muzdalifah, the pilgrims will offer Maghrib and Isha prayers with one adhan and two takbeers.
Pilgrims will pick pebbles for rummy and spend the night there.
After performing the Fajr prayer on 10th Dhul Hajj, the pilgrims will return to Mina. From where Jamarat will go for Rumi (pelting the devil with pebbles).
After pelting the devil with pebbles, the pilgrims will sacrifice in the way of Allah, after which the pilgrims will take off their Ihram.
It should be noted that the Hajj pilgrims had reached the tented city of Mina in connection with the performance of Hajj rituals. Where pilgrims were engaged in prayers throughout the night.
