Lahore: Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman has said that the government’s claims of reduced inflation have no connection with ground realities.
Talking to the media, Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman said that the nation is not given subsidies for basic necessities. But the government will have to provide relief to the people in any case.
He said that 2 thousand billion were given to a few crocodiles even for not generating electricity. However, now the national exchequer has benefited from the termination of the IPPs agreement.
Talking about inflation, Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman said that the government’s claims of reduced inflation have no connection with ground realities. They will start the struggle with full force by the end of February.
He said that the government and the opposition look to America. But America is the enemy of both humanity and democracy. And America is fully backing Israel.
The Jamaat-e-Islami chief said that Donald Trump issued a warning to Hamas even before assuming the presidency. However, Hamas has the support of the Palestinian people.
