Karachi: Gold prices have dropped sharply in global and local markets.
The price of gold per ounce in the international bullion market suddenly dropped by $50 on Saturday, bringing the new global price to $2,883 per ounce.
On the other hand, the price of 24-carat gold per tola at the local level today also dropped by Rs4,700, bringing the new price to Rs3,1500.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold in the country has also dropped by Rs4,030 to Rs2,58,487.
Meanwhile, the price of silver per tola has also dropped by Rs87 to Rs3,363 and the price of 10 grams of silver has also dropped by Rs74 to Rs2,883.
