The Anti-Terrorism Court Islamabad has indicted the last 2 accused in the May 9 GHQ attack case.
The Anti-Terrorism Court has rejected the request of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Omar Ayub to provide video and audio recordings in the May 9 GHQ attack case. The last 2 accused in the GHQ attack case have also been indicted, after which the indicting process has been completed. Both the accused have denied the charges.
The Anti-Terrorism Court adjourned the hearing till January 6. The court decided to start the regular trial in Adiala Jail from January 6 and issued notices to all the accused. Witnesses have been summoned from the GHQ attack case investigation team on a future date.
