Rawalpindi: Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Sahir Shamshad Mirza paid an official visit to China, where he met Vice Chairman of the Central Military Commission General Hui Wei Dong and Chief of General Li Zhenlai.
According to ISPR, General Sahir Shamshad Mirza expressed Pakistan’s role for regional peace and stability in the Military Commission and the 11th Beijing Xiangshan Forum. Relationships appreciated.
According to the spokesperson, in the meeting, the progress in bilateral strategic partnership and defense cooperation was acknowledged, while the Chinese leadership also reiterated its unwavering commitment to support Pakistan’s territorial integrity and sovereignty.
