Some areas of Punjab and KP were engulfed in heavy fog, motorways were closed for traffic at various places due to fog.
According to the Motorway Police spokesperson, Motorway M2 was closed from Thokar Niaz Beg to Babu Sabu due to heavy fog at various places in Punjab.
The spokesperson said that Motorway M3 from Samundri to Darkhana was closed due to heavy fog, while Motorway M4 was closed from Shorkot to Gojra.
The Motorway spokesperson said that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Motorway M1 was closed from Swabi to Peshawar due to heavy fog.
