Islamabad: FIA has filed an appeal against the decision to discharge Sanam Javed from the case.
In District and Sessions Courts Islamabad, District Additional and Sessions Judge Afzal Majuka heard the appeal against the decision of the duty judge to discharge Sanam Javed from the FIA case, in which FIA Prosecutor Sheikh Amir faced the court. Appeared.
During the hearing, the FIA prosecutor told the court that the duty magistrate has no power to discharge him from the case. No record of this case was produced in the Islamabad High Court. Records were sought in the Islamabad High Court regarding Balochistan and police cases.
The prosecutor argued that no record of FIA was summoned in the Islamabad High Court, nor did any of our representatives appear before the High Court.
Later, the court issued a notice to the parties and adjourned the hearing of the case till July 23.
