A meeting was arranged between the PTI delegation and Maulana Fazlur Rehman.
According to sources, the meeting will be held today at 6 pm at Maulana Fazlur Rehman’s residence.
The government and JUI have decided to consult PTI on a joint draft. Maulana Fazlur Rahman will share the final draft with the PTI leadership and the preparation of the draft has entered the final stage.
It should be noted that the Muslim League-N and the People’s Party have withdrawn from the establishment of constitutional courts. A special parliamentary committee meeting was held under the chairmanship of chairman committee Khurshid Shah in which the draft of the 26th constitutional amendment was discussed.
According to the sources, the ruling coalition parties and JUI agreed to drop the 26th constitutional amendment to establish a constitutional court and to form a constitutional bench.
