Bollywood’s famous actor Varun Dhawan created his account on professional networking platform LinkedIn a few days ago, where he introduced himself as an “Actor, Investor, and Assistant Director”. However, rumors are doing the rounds on social media that Varun deleted his LinkedIn account after just four days of trolling.
The fact is that Varun Dhawan did not delete his LinkedIn account. He is still a part of the platform.
Varun wrote on his profile, “I am Varun Dhawan, a passionate actor who has given a stellar performance in the world of cinema in ten years. From 300 crore mega hits to content-based films, my journey has been about balancing creativity and audience impact.”
Soon after Varun Dhawan joined LinkedIn, people on social media, especially Reddit, took to Twitter to mock him. Some said, “This must be for promotion, but now everyone else will do the same.” Another user joked, “He’s also leaving a long bangle on LinkedIn like the rest of us.”
The actor was recently seen in Citadel: Honey Bunny, where he was accompanied by Samantha Ruth Prabhu. His next film is Baby Jaan, a remake of the Tamil film Theri. The film stars Jackie Shroff, Wamiqa Gabbi, and Rajpal Yadav in pivotal roles, while Salman Khan will be seen in a special cameo.
Varun Dhawan’s other film Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari is also set to release soon, in which he will be seen alongside Janhvi Kapoor.
