Mumbai: Bollywood star actress Deepika Padukone will not be part of the sequel of the blockbuster film ‘Kalki 2898’.
Indian media sources have claimed that the producers earlier wanted to wait for Deepika’s delivery but now they have decided to replace Deepika with another actress.
According to sources, director Nag Eshwan has started the preparations for the sequel and will see Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan and Prabhas again.
Kamal Haasan’s role in ‘Kalki 2898’ was very short, but he will come up with a fuller role in the sequel.
It should be remembered that with the success of the science fiction film, Nag Eshawan has joined the ranks of the most successful filmmakers of the Indian industry, SS Rajamouli, Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Karan Johar.
