Lahore: The court has reserved its decision on Imran Khan’s application for early hearing of bail in May 9 cases.
The Anti-Terrorism Court Lahore heard the application of PTI founder Imran Khan for early hearing of bail in 8 cases of May 9, in which the court reserved its decision on Imran Khan’s application for early hearing of bail.
It should be noted that the lawyers of PTI founder Imran Khan requested that the bail applications be scheduled for early hearing, on which the prosecutor opposed the requests for early hearing.
The prosecutor took the position in the court that an application for early hearing cannot be filed in criminal cases.
Later, the Anti-Terrorism Court reserved its decision on the application for early hearing of bail.
