The District and Sessions Courts, Islamabad, upheld the non-bailable arrest warrant of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur and expressed anger over non-compliance with the arrest warrant.
The liquor and arms recovery case against Ali Amin Gandapur was heard in the District and Sessions Courts, Islamabad. Senior Civil Judge Mubashir Hassan Chishti heard the case. Lawyer Raja Zahoor-ul-Hassan Advocate appeared in the court on behalf of Ali Amin Gandapur.
The court rejected Ali Amin Gandapur’s request for exemption from attendance. The court said that you apply for exemption on every date, you do not produce the accused Ali Amin Gandapur.
The court upheld the non-bailable arrest warrant of Ali Amin Gandapur Gandapur and expressed anger over non-compliance with the arrest warrant. The court sought an explanation from the DIG Operations for not implementing the order.
Lawyer Ali Amin Gandapur said that you should first decide on the accused’s acquittal application, there is a court order in this regard, the judge remarked that you are only wasting the court’s valuable time by granting exemption applications, the accused has been issued multiple warrants and the compliance report is not being submitted.
