Lahore: Parvaiz Elahi has decided not to appear in the accountability court in the corruption reference.
Former Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Parvez Elahi has decided not to appear in the NAB court in the alleged corruption reference in development projects.
The medical certificate will be presented in the court on behalf of the former Chief Minister of Punjab, on the basis of which Pervaiz Elahi’s lawyer Mukhtar Ranjha has filed a request for one-day attendance exemption.
In the petition filed in the accountability court, it has been requested that Parvez Elahi’s health is unwell, the court should order an exception from the one-day attendance.
