Lahore: Former Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif’s daughter Maryam Nawaz is celebrating her 51st birthday today.
Maryam Nawaz, the first woman Chief Minister in the country’s history and the mother of Punjab, turned 51 years old.
Pakistan Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif sent a message to Maryam Nawaz on her birthday. The Prime Minister of Pakistan said in his post on the social media website that Happy Birthday, Maryam Betti! May you be blessed with happiness, health and prosperity in all your endeavors. Your dedication and commitment to our shared vision pays off. May Allah bring you more strength, success and countless blessings this year.
Congratulatory messages were also sent to Chief Minister Punjab from other party leaders, workers and relatives.
Nawaz Sharif’s daughter Maryam Nawaz was born on October 28, 1973 in Lahore. In 2012, she entered politics and during the 2024 Pakistani general elections, she was elected to the National Assembly and the Punjab Provincial Assembly for the first time.
In 1992, at the age of 19, Maram Nawaz married Mohammad Safdar Awan, a Pakistani army captain and security officer of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. They have three children, Junaid, Mahnoor and Mehr-Nisa.
