Rawalpindi: The Anti-Terrorism Court Rawalpindi has cancelled the arrest warrants of Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur while also staying the process of declaring him a fugitive.
The arrest warrants of Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur were cancelled by Judge Amjad Ali Shah of the Anti-Terrorism Court Rawalpindi.
The accused’s lawyer Faisal Malik said that the court, while accepting our request, has cancelled the arrest warrants of Ali Amin Gandapur because he has already obtained bail from the Peshawar High Court in all the cases till January 16.
It should be noted that the ATC court had issued arrest warrants of Ali Amin Gandapur in cases of Police Station Saddar Hassan Abdal.
Ali Amin Gandapur’s arrest warrants were issued on November 24 in cases of Police Station Saddar Hassan Abdal in connection with the protest.
