Former national team Test cricketer Tanveer Ahmed termed Harbhajan Singh as a duplicitous and vile human being.

Former Indian spinner Harbhajan Singh supported the position of the Indian Cricket Board (BCCI) not to send the team to Pakistan in an interview to the local TV yesterday and said why should the Indian team go to Pakistan? There are security concerns in Pakistan, the situation is such that incidents happen almost daily, it is not safe for our team to go there.
The former cricketer said that the position of the Indian board is absolutely correct, nothing is more important than the security of the team. I fully support BCCI’s decision to protect our players.
To which former cricketer and fast bowler Tanveer Ahmed gave him a sharp reply and tweeted on the social networking site X (Twitter) and wrote that you say India should not go to play Pakistan, then why are you meeting our players?
Continuing, he wrote that we also know what happens in your country, you wretched person!
