A case has been registered against a spectator who entered the field during the match between Bangladesh and New Zealand in the Champions Trophy.
In the match between Bangladesh and New Zealand played in Rawalpindi yesterday, Kiwi batter Rachan Ravindra hugged Tom Latham.
A spectator named Abdul Qayyum belongs to Fateh Jang Attock, against whom a case has been registered by the Newtown police station.
Abdul Qayyum was watching the match in the Mira Bakhsh Enclosure after buying a ticket of Rs 1,000, after which Yasir Arafat reached the enclosure and crossed the jungle through the middle and entered the field.
The security personnel present on the ground kept trying to catch him, but the spectator managed to meet the players.
On this occasion, the spectator also had a poster of a religious and political party in his hand.
On the other hand, the police have registered a case against the youth and arrested him, however, the Indian media is trying to link the incident to terrorism so that the doors of cricket in Pakistan can be closed once again.
