The semi-final stage of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 is starting in Dubai from today. The first semi-final will be between India and Australia.
The teams that have reached the semi-finals include India, Australia, South Africa and New Zealand. India defeated New Zealand in the last match of the group.
One match of the semi-final will be played in Dubai and the other at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, while the South African and New Zealand teams will face each other at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore on March 5.
The final will be played on March 9 between the two winning teams in the semi-finals. If India reaches, the final will be played in Dubai.
Australia has suffered a setback before the semi-final of the ICC Champions Trophy against India. Australia’s batsman Matthew Short has been ruled out of the tournament due to an injury.
