Bushra Bibi’s lawyers yesterday filed a pre-arrest bail application in the court of Additional Sessions Judge Islamabad in the case of illegal entry and protest of a PTI group in Islamabad on November 26.
The Supreme Court directed the investigating officer to go to Adiala Jail and interrogate Bushra Bibi and submit his report by February 17.
This case has been registered against Bushra Bibi for clear violation of the Peaceful Assembly and Public Order Act 2024 and the order of the Islamabad High Court, which can be punished with imprisonment for up to three years.
