The Islamabad Anti-Terrorism Court has extended Bushra Bibi’s interim bail in 2 cases.

Bushra Bibi’s pre-arrest bail application in 2 cases registered on November 26 protest was heard by Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Abul Hasanat Muhammad Zulqarnain. Advocate Ansar Kayani and Shamsa Kayani appeared on behalf of Bushra Bibi.
The court extended Bushra Bibi’s interim bail in the Secretariat Police Station case until April 28 and in the Karachi Company Police Station case until April 29. An application was filed on behalf of Bushra Bibi for exemption from attendance and for inclusive investigation. The defense lawyer requested that the IO be given formal instructions to interrogate Bushra Bibi in jail.
Judge Abul Hasanat Muhammad Zulqarnain said that I will write in the order today that Bibi be inclusively interrogated. Cases have been registered against Bushra Bibi at the Secretariat Police Station and Karachi Company.
