The anti-terrorism court of Islamabad approved the bail of the arrested members of the National Assembly of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).

Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Abul Hasanat Muhammad Zulqarnain heard the bail applications. The prosecutor took the position that MNA Ahmed Chatta is named in the case. The provisions imposed in the case are a minimum sentence of 3 years and non-bailable. Judge Abul Hasanat Muhammad Zulqarnain inquired whether anything was recovered from Sher Afzal Marwat, Ahmad Chatta and other members of the National Assembly, to which the prosecutor replied that nothing was recovered.
The arrested National Assembly members of PTI include Sher Afzal Marwat, Sheikh Waqqas, Ek Qureshi, Ahmed Chatta, Aamir Dogar, Yusuf Khan, Naeem Ali Shah, Owais Haider Jakhar, Shah Ahad and Zubair Khan. Cases under terrorism provisions have been registered against PTI MNAs in Sangjani, Tarnool, Noon and Sambal police stations.
