The District and Sessions Courts Islamabad upheld the non-bailable arrest warrant of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in the audio leak case.
Additional Sessions Judge Abdul Ghafoor Kakar heard the audio leak case against Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur. Ali Amin Gandapur did not appear in court today.
Ali Amin Gandapur’s lawyer Raja Zahoor-ul-Hasan Advocate appeared in the court. Co-accused Asad Farooq appeared in the court and made his presence known. The court upheld the non-bailable arrest warrant of Ali Amin Gandapur and adjourned the hearing of the case.
The next hearing of the case will be on March 6. A case has been registered against Ali Amin Gandapur in Golra Police Station.
