KARACHI: Dead bodies of two children were recovered from an Atai clinic in Maripur area of Shahr Quaid, the brutal Atai accused involved in their murder has been arrested.
The bodies of the two children have been shifted to Civil Hospital, the children have been identified as 8-year-old Ahmed and 10-year-old Hasan, both siblings.
According to the police, the brutal accused has been identified as Abdul Kareem son of Attaullah, the accused is a resident of Korangi and runs the Attai Clinic at Jafar Street, Machhar Colony, Maripur, while the accused is Dr. Nahi Attai.
Police say the death-dealer in the name of the Messiah kidnapped two young children and drugged them, tied them hand and foot with nylon rope and hid them in a closet in his private clinic.
The brutal accused kept pretending to find the children with the father of the children, the police became suspicious and during the investigation the accused revealed the truth, on the identification of the accused, the bodies of the two children were recovered from the cupboard of the Attai clinic.
The reasons for the murder are not yet known, the police are collecting evidence from the scene.
