It was decided to form a committee headed by the registrar of Peshawar High Court on the incident of attack on judges in Tank.
An important meeting was held under the chairmanship of Chief Justice Peshawar High Court Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim in which the Chief Secretary and IG Police and other officials were also present.
In the meeting, the incident of attack on judges in Tank was discussed and police officers gave a briefing on the attack.
Chief Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim directed that full-proof security be provided to the judges.
In the meeting, it was decided to form a committee headed by the registrar of Peshawar High Court on the incident of attack on judges in Tank.
The committee will consider effective measures for the security of judges.
In the meeting, Fatiha was recited for the martyrdom of the two martyred police officers and Rs 40 lakh was also announced for the families of the martyrs.
It should be noted that three days ago in Tank district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the convoy of judges’ squad vehicles was attacked as a result of which 2 police personnel were martyred.
The judges were safe in this attack.
