Islamabad: During a PTI protest on the Srinagar Highway in Islamabad, miscreants rammed a vehicle into Rangers personnel, resulting in the martyrdom of 4 Rangers personnel. The administration has called in the army and has ordered to shoot the miscreants on sight.
Five police personnel, including Rangers personnel, were seriously injured in the incident.
According to security sources, 4 Rangers personnel and 2 police personnel have been martyred so far in the attack on law enforcement agencies by PTI miscreants.
Security sources have reported that more than 100 police personnel have been injured so far, many of them seriously.
Under Article 245, the Pakistan Army has been called in Islamabad and orders have been issued to deal with miscreants with an iron hand. Clear orders have been issued to shoot the anarchists and miscreants on the spot, according to security sources.
Security sources say that all measures are being taken to deal with any kind of terrorist act by anarchist and terrorist elements.
