ISLAMABAD: The Cabinet Committee on SOAs approved the restructuring of the Pakistan Revenue Automation Board.
A virtual meeting of the Cabinet Committee on SOs was held under the chairmanship of Federal Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb, in which the reorganization of the Board of Directors of Pakistan Revenue Automation was approved.
The meeting recommended five majority independent directors and four ex-officio members, selected from the private sector. The finance minister said that the new board will help in running the administrative affairs in a professional manner.
