Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government’s information advisor Barrister Dr. Saif termed the appointment of junior judges by ignoring senior judges as an attempt to influence the justice system.
In a statement, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government’s information advisor Barrister Dr. Saif said that he strongly condemns the recent transfers in the Islamabad High Court, and the lawyers stand with the community against this decision.
Barrister Dr. Saif said that the transfers of judges are tantamount to paralyzing the justice system, the appointment of junior judges by ignoring senior judges is an attempt to influence the justice system, the political elite that has dominated the country for decades is trying to take away the independence of the judiciary.
He said that the political elite is also turning the courts into an arena for politics, and lawyers, journalists and politicians have come out on the streets against the illegal decisions of the fake government.
