Islamabad: The application to register a case against Shahbaz Sharif and Mohsin Naqvi and others has been dismissed.
The District and Sessions Courts, Islamabad, dismissed the application of 22A for registration of a case against Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and others.
The case was heard by Additional and Sessions Judge Muhammad Afzal Majuka. The court dismissed the application to register a case against Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and others on the grounds of non-compliance.
During the hearing, the SHO of the Secretariat Police Station did not submit a response to the court, while no court appearance was made on behalf of the petitioner Gul Khan.
It should be noted that the petitioner had requested the registration of a case against Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, Interior Minister and others.
