KARACHI: Attorney General of Pakistan Mansoor Awan has said that the government of Pakistan has not decided the appeal for revision in the case of specific seats of the Supreme Court.
He said this in an informal conversation with the media after the swearing-in ceremony of the Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court.
Attorney General Mansoor Awan said that there is still a short order, there was no discussion at the cabinet or higher level regarding the revision. The decision to file a revision appeal will be taken by the government, it is difficult to say anything now.
He said that if you want to go for revision appeal, you should think carefully. There has been a discussion on the decision, but whether it should go for revision or not has not been discussed.
