An appeal was filed in the Peshawar High Court to remove Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur from office.
The appeal has been filed on behalf of Mian Azizuddin Kakakhel, in which the plea was filed that the Chief Minister had committed several crimes in Punjab along with the mob.
The position was taken in the petition that Ali Amin Gandapur is taking illegal steps for the release of ex-chairman PTI, he is inciting the people against the federation.
In the petition, the court was requested to remove Ali Amin from the post to prevent illegal and unconstitutional actions. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur violated his oath, so he should be disqualified under Article 62.
The petitioner has made the Chief Minister and Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Federal and Provincial Government, Election Commission and IG Khyber Pakhtunkhwa parties in their petition.
Later, the Registrar of Peshawar High Court objected to the application and returned it, declaring the application inadmissible.
