Islamabad: A case has been registered against Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur and other leaders for blocking and vandalizing the Tarnool GT road during the PTI protest.
PTI leaders Azam Swati, Aamir Mughal, Umar Ayub and Barrister Saif have also been named in the case, while around 350 unidentified activists have also been named.
The case was registered under 14 serious provisions including terrorism and attempted murder. In the case, Azam Swati was accused of providing financial support and Ali Amin was accused of using government resources.
According to the FIR, the policemen were fired upon and taken hostage and kept in custody. The arrested accused said that the PTI founder’s order was to reach D Chowk in any case.
It should be noted that PTI leaders and workers including Imran Khan were charged with sedition and terrorism in Lahore in the context of PTI’s protest yesterday.
