Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf MNA Ali Muhammad Khan submitted an affidavit at the PTI Secretariat.
In the affidavit submitted in the PTI Secretariat, the PTI leader has said that in the general elections he contested as a PTI candidate from Constituency NA-23.
Ali Muhammad Khan said that PTI supported and got the votes of the party voters, because of PTI I won the election.
It should be noted that the decision of the Election Commission was declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court while pronouncing a reserved decision on the petition related to the specific seats of the Sunni Ittehad Council. The verdict said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf was and is a political party.
The Supreme Court declared that PTI is entitled to get specific seats and said that PTI should list the names of its specific people within 15 days of this decision.
