Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court disposed of the contempt of court case for not meeting Ali Amin Gandapur with PTI founder Imran Khan despite the court order.
Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir of the Islamabad High Court heard the case. Superintendent Adiala Jail Ghafoor Anjum and others appeared in the court. On the statement of the Superintendent Adiala Jail, the court disposed of the petition with instructions.
The Superintendent Adiala Jail stated in the court that meetings are being held as usual, after the family, only Ali Amin Gandapur was held and three meetings were held.
Adiala Jail officials further said that meetings are held with the founder PTI through a focal person, the focal person whose name is given is the meeting.
The court directed the jail authorities to send the name of Ali Amin Gandapur through the focal person and if the PTI founder wants to meet, then a meeting should be arranged.
Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur had approached the court on January 24 for not arranging a meeting. The court disposed of Ali Amin Gandapur’s application with directions.
