Rawalpindi: Warders employees connected to the network involved in facilitating PTI founder Imran Khan in Adiala Jail have also been changed.
The replaced employees include the missing Deputy Superintendent Muhammad Akram K Ardali and Manzoor Nazar Jail Warder. The missing Deputy Superintendent Muhammad Akram’s orders were replaced by Muhammad Zaheer and Muhammad Jameel.
Muhammad Zaheer was posted on night duty along with Chaudhry Pervez Elahi and Muhammad Jameel along with Shah Mehmood Qureshi. Warder Jameel was sent to Chakwal and Zaheer to District Jail Gujarat.
Warders Yasir Riaz and Sajjad Siddique were also replaced with the approval of the missing Deputy Superintendent Muhammad Akram. Warder Yasir Riaz was appointed in charge of PB account and Sajjad Siddique in charge of search.
Warders Sajjad Siddique, Yasir Riaz, Mohammad Zaheer and Mohammad Jameel were also interrogated on the facilitation of PTI founder Imran Khan.
According to prison sources, among the warders transferred from Adiala Jail are Abrar Qaiser, Muhammad Mudassar Mehboob, Muhammad Asif, Muhammad Shahid Akbar, Muhammad Shakeel and Fanwak Abbas.
Deputy Inspector General of Prisons Rawalpindi Region has issued notification of transfer of warders. Orders were issued to the jail administration to relieve all the warders today.
